Holiday Seafood Pre-Orders - Now Closed

Don’t Panic if you’ve missed out, we will be open for the entire Easter period (Seasonal Hours) and will still have plenty of seafood available to collect on the day.

Important Service Notice

Due to the extreme volume of orders, we kindly ask that you help us maintain efficient service by using our digital channels:

  • How to Order: Please place your order online or send us an email.

  • Inquiries: We are unable to take phone calls during this busy period.

Note on Same-Day Purchases: Seafood will be available for purchase all Easter weekend for non-pre-orders; however, we cannot guarantee the same variety and selection available to those who have pre-ordered.

  • Yes, to place an order for Easter please head to our Shop page.

    Once Pre-orders are closed you are still able to come into store to purchase seafood.

  • Yes, this year we require a 50% deposit for all orders.

    A discount code will automatically be applied at checkout, and the remainder will be charged at time of collection.

  • Your order will need to be collected between opening hours on the date you select from The Prawn Shack.

    You will need to give us your order number on the day of collection.

  • Yes, as we expect a very busy day, there will likely be a queue upon arrival. We appreciate your patience as we work to assist everyone quickly.

    Please ensure you bring a hat or umbrella, water, and be prepared to wait. We will not have ice available on-site to give out with your orders, so we recommend bringing an Esky with ice or cold packs to keep your items chilled.

  • Yes, you are able to add to or change your order when you come instore for collection. We will simply use your deposit to adjust the final price.

    We can’t however guarantee that all changes will be possible, depending on what stock is available on the day.

  • Cancellations of orders will receive a refund of their deposits, as long as we have a 48 hours notice of the cancellation of the order.

    Any orders not cancelled within 48 hours will void their deposit refund. 

    Please note, due to this being a very busy time of year, all cancellation requests must be emailed to us at prawnshacknsi@gmail.com

    We do not accept cancellation requests made via phone call, test message or social media.

    Please make sure you receive an email back from us, confirming the cancellation, so we may process your refund of the 50% deposit. 

  • Absolutely, they will just need to know the order number that will be emailed to you.
